Dr. Nguyen Hoang Nam is a policy advisor for the Institute of Strategy and Policy on Natural Resources and Environment (ISPONRE) and lecturer of economics at National Economics University, Vietnam. He is advising on judgment & decision making, ecosystem valuation, cost-benefit analysis, and circular economy. Dr. Nam also provides related trainings to government officials and advising services to the Government. He has worked with projects funded by international agencies such as Australian Award, Asian Development Bank, USAID, the United Nations Development Programme in Vietnam and the International Foundation for Science. Dr. Nam also acts as coordinator for several national and international projects in Vietnam and in the Philippines.
