Dr. Suaib is an Academic staff at the School of Computing, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She is a Research Fellow at UTM Big Data Center (UTM BDC) and an active member of the Virtual, Vision and Visualization Research Group (UTM ViCubeLab). Currently, she is also the Country Representative f the Marie Curie Alumni Association in Malaysia.
