The University of Public Service (Ludovika - UPS) is the single institution in Hungary to offer degree programmes in public service with a comprehensive approach focusing on the needs of the whole government. It educates the next generation of military, law enforcement, public management and international affairs experts and leaders. A specialised faculty at the University covers the field of water sciences, which is a topical issue for the future of the whole international community. Hence our University operates in a model of cooperation together with national stakeholders and international actors. Furthermore, Ludovika – University of Public Service not only pays attention to developing world-class education but also to creating a modern, lively, open and student-friendly environment with state-of-the-art infrastructure. At the Ludovika Campus students enjoy the services of a modern educational building that combines 21st century technology with tradition and heritage of the former Ludovika Academy. The Ludovika Residence Hall offers outstanding living circumstances at an excellent location in Budapest with both green areas and the city centre being in proximity.

As of today, the University of Public Service has four faculties:

- the Faculty of Military Science and Officer Training (Budapest, HUN);

- the Faculty of Law Enforcement (Budapest, HUN);

- the Faculty of Public Governance and International Studies (Budapest, HUN);

- the Faculty of Water Sciences (Baja, HUN).

In addition, the university has four doctoral schools, and a dedicated research hub, the Eötvös József Research Centre.
